1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription or trial from Greek IPTV Pro, you agree to these terms. Our service provides access to streaming media. We do not host any of the media streams ourselves.

2. Service Usage

Standard subscriptions allow for 1 connection at a time unless a Multi-Room package is purchased. Sharing your account credentials publicly or restreaming will result in immediate permanent ban without refund.

3. Refund Policy (Money-Back Guarantee)

We highly recommend utilizing our 24-Hour Free Trial before making a purchase to ensure compatibility with your ISP and device.

If you experience severe unresolvable technical issues on our end within the first 7 days of a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription, we offer a full refund. 1-Month subscriptions are non-refundable after delivery. Refunds are not issued for client-side issues (e.g., slow internet, incompatible device).

4. Content Availability

While we guarantee 99.9% uptime for the service infrastructure, the availability of specific channels can fluctuate. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove channels without prior notice.
